Error reading the environmental layer

Hello!
I'm a beginner in maxent.
When i running the data it said error reading the environmental layer. All of the environmetal layer. Am i skip some step when i convert the data from raster to ascii?
I used globbal mapper then export the elevation data to get ascii data type. Im doing that because it was always failed when im tried in arcgis to convert raster to ascii.
And can i just copy and paste the coordinate data from gpx to new excel sheet to arrange the sample data in csv format? will it work?

You need to properly converting the Raster files into Ascii before you run the model. The species occurrence data should be in csv excel format
