Documentation move and site update progress

Hi everyone,

I have just merged a whole lot of documentation into the plugin code base and deployed the resulting site.

Have a look at 

http://simpligility.github.io/android-maven-plugin/index.html

We still need to migrate the remaining content from the Google site. Any contributions are welcome.

We already have a few nice changes for the next release as you can see from the changelog.

Manfred, the "project site" link on http://simpligility.github.io/android-maven-plugin/index.html still points back to the googlecode project instead of github.
