UH Maui College Engineering Tech students are showing off their Capstone Projects on Thurs April 27 91m-1pm in the lobby of the new science building ('Ike Le'a).  

Hope to see some makers come round and check out what these folks have been doing...
and tell em about Makers where they can continue to grow their skillz.

Aloha advisory committee members and community partners,


To celebrate the conclusion of their work prior to their graduation, our students in both the Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology Associate in Science (ECET-AS), and Engineering Technology Bachelor of Applied Science (ENGT-BAS) degree programs at the University of Hawai`i Maui College, kindly invite you to attend the Capstone Projects Exhibition on April 27, 2017, from 9am to 1pm in `Ike Le`a’s lobby, 310 W. Ka`ahumanu  Avenue, Kahului.


Following are the projects to be displayed:

1. Arduino Midi keyboard controller

2. Voltage boosting phone charger

3. Arduino-controlled audio amplifier with digital volume control via Bluetooth.

4. Remote temperature sensor and display using Arduinos, Bluetooth and SD card writer

5. Musical equalizer display

6. Instrument case antitheft circuit

7. Remote temperature Twitter Bot

8. Robotic arm using Arduino and stepper motors

9. Small Satellite Payload Design (CanSat competition)
