This is a short instruction on how to tune the blade after a blade change. Learning to change the blade properly is important in bandsaw work. The tooth pitch and blade width affect the work quality.

We now have two bandsaws in the shop one for metal and one for wood and plastics. The only difference between the two is that one runs at a slower blade surface speed (metal)
The one in the main shop wood has a yellow cord that can reach to the wall outlets Please plug it directly into the wall It also has a built in hose for a shop vac for dust collection (please use).
This saw has a built-in accessory outlet on the back for the light and a shop vac . The plan is to have a small vac permanently connected for dust collection and inside the legs of the tool.
Also all of the tools that are required to change the blade will be stored on the bandsaw.
If you need a walkthrough on changing the blade please ask me and I will walk you through. Pete
