Get copy of library

I apologize for my ignorance, but I need a local copy of the library and don't know how/where to get one, nor do I know how to build a copy myself. In my ignorance I tried using MathJax.js from the GitHub repository in place of the cloudflare version, but that didn't work.

Thanks. Now I realize that my mistake was thinking that all I needed was MathJax.js, not understanding that I needed much more than just that one file.
