mathjax server-side in 2016

What is the current best method for doing mathjax on the server? Most of the posts

on this topic go back to 2013 or earlier.

My aim is replace client-side mathjax processing with server side

processing to avoid jumps and blinks.

Hi James,

You can use mathjax-node on the server to generate HTML or SVG using NodeJS.
