Latex to jax(Mathjax preProcessors Html)

Hi,
  I want to show Latex in Android APP,but it show very slow.
so i wish change Latex to MathJax preProcessors  result Html first.

For example:
  Latex Data is "\(x={{y}^{2}}+1\)"

  If some body have same idea to do it ?

  I use the MathJax to change on browser(use Java handle the browser and simulation to analyze Latex),
but the analyze process is asynchronous by mathjax, i can not get the rusult at real time.
if some one know how to set mathjax do it right now?
