The MathJax fonts do not include an upright integral sign, so there is
no way to do this. While the STIX fonts do include upright versions
of the integrals, MathJax does not have the metric data for the
upright integrals (only the slanted ones). The proper handling of
integrals in both in-line and display mode, and proper placement of
limits, baseline, and so on, require the accurate metric information.
While it would be possible to provide that data, it would rely on your
readers having the STIX fonts installed. Is that going to be the case?
