Using Mathjax cdn - rendering AsciiMath notation on first html page only but not when only body part of that page is changed

Hi 

I followed the instructions to use MathJax, pasted cdn link in the head element of my html page. 

I have next previous buttons on my html page, 

when I load the html page for the first time, I can see all the equations and maths rendered correctly, 

On click of next button I am just modifying the body part of this html page using jquery and not loading the html page again, 

so on next page all the mathematical formulas and equations are not getting rendered as they do on the first load. 

Can you please suggest what I should do to solve this.
