Hello,
 
Our client asked for a modification and implemetation for 4 new pipeline that will transfer products( goasoil, water, waste water) over the jetty to barge.....
 
Anyone that have a previous project like that can help me with procentage of inspection especiially for RT test ....?

You can go for 10% RT of welded joints and for water pipe line, no NDT is required.
I have worked for the pipelines which connect to jetty pipeline.

Hi,
       Let me know your design code whether ASME B 31.4/31.8 then only you can decide on extent of NDT.Since it's a modification work you can check with your client what was the design of code of existing line.

Hi.....yes the code is Asme B31.4/ .....some of our friend confirm that they used 10% RT for hydrocabons product and no test for waste water, fresh water ...
