.NET Core support

With the announcement last night that they plan on phasing out project.json files, it's a reminder of why we haven't gotten .NET Core support into the projects. This stuff is still highly in flux and we're not prepared to keep up with the churn.

We are aware of the interest, and it will happen if it's possible - just not in the short term.
