MassTransit 3 with Azure Service Bus

I can't get the simplest implementation of MassTransit 3 to integrate with Azure Service Bus. I had a full implementation with rabbitMQ and had hoped that it would be a straight forward swap out, but this has't been the case.

Here is my basic implementation, which is fails to receive the message.

Can anyone see something wrong with my configuration? If not, can you please give me advice on how best to debug this as I am at a loss on how to proceed.
