The fall meeting of the Massachusetts Butterfly Club will be held at Broad Meadow Brook, beginning with a pot-luck supper at 5:30 pm on Saturday, October 22. Please join us for this special celebration of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the club. In lieu of a guest speaker, we’ll encourage attendees to reminisce about the special moments in the club’s history: What were the best field trips of all time? The worst? The most interesting butterflies seen? The largest number of cabbage whites counted in a single outing? The list goes on and on!
Be prepared to share the funny, inspiring and revelatory moments you’ve had that have made the club a special part of your life. We’d also like to include photos of people or butterflies that are part of the club’s history. Please let me know if you have images you’d like to share, since we should organize them before the meeting.
