Foxboro butterflies

On a short walk at Lamson Rd. this afternoon I saw:
 
1 Mourning Cloak
1 Eastern Pine Elfin
 
The EPE was very small, I almost didn't take a second look when I saw the motion on the ground.
 
Back home at the hill behind my house:
 
2 Mourning Cloaks - waltzing in the air above me (or maybe it was a samba)

Tuesday, April 28th
 
Lamson Rd., Foxboro
 
0 Butterflies
 
However, a friend of mine, Dennis Naughton, saw 1 Monarch in his yard in Foxboro (he and his wife have raised Monarchs in past years).  He said the Monarch was in good shape.
