This afternoon I walked several trails at Oxbow NWR in Harvard from 1pm
to 3:20pm in 65 degree sunny weather and saw:
Spring Azure - 1
Elfin - 1 (did not stop flying so I cannot be sure which specie it was)
Duskywing - 1 (large, but did not let me observe it's fieldmarks _ most
likely either Juvenal's or Wild Indigo)
Almost no nectar plants and the Tank Road has an awful construction mix
of small stones, cement and cinders which prevents insects from sipping
salts and other minerals. Tough to get them to stop.
