Extra stops on Orange line?

When I call:

It looks like there are extra stops that I wouldn't expect on the Orange line (starred below). Is there a reason they should be there or is it a bug?

I also see extra stops for Green-D route, seems like they are "shuttle" stops.

Hi Jeff,

It's an unintended side effect of the way we're modeling shuttles, which we're re-evaluating. More on this later this week.
