MBTA Developer Portal error

Hello,

I'm trying to register to the MBTA Developer Portal in order to get access to the API.
However, when I visit the registration page [0] i get an error ("An error occurred while processing your request.").
Other pages of the portal seem to be down or to have problems as well (e.g. [1] ).

Is there a new portal that I missed, or is the developer portal having problems?
