Marpa-R2 2.102000 released

I uploaded Marpa-R2 2.102000 to CPAN yesterday. It's a full, indexed, release, identical except for version info to the previous developer's release. The value added is large number of documentation and diagnostic fixes.

CPANtesters looks good so far. Your testing is appreciated!

Marpa-R2 2.102000 built, installed, and runs my tests ok (5.20.1/msvc2010/winxp and 5.14.2/gcc4.8.3/cygwin).
