Requiring long long

The list was pretty quiet, but I assume the consensus is that I can require a compiler that supports "long long" in  Marpa::R2.  Could you rewrite the Config::AutoConf logic to "fast fail" if the architecture does not provide a "long long"?  I've already done this for the GNU autoconf.

Actually, to be specific, what I really want to require is "unsigned long long" -- jeffrey

i.e. unsigned long long int, isn't it.

There is already such a check, and I pulled a die instead of the fallback c.f. pull request #/67
