Marpa-R2-2.104000 -- indexed release with discard events

Marpa-R2-2.104000, an indexed CPAN release, is on CPAN. It has the new discard events, plus an MIT-licensed Libmarpa "under the hood". Marpa::R2 itself remains LGPL.

Testing is appreciated!
