Mandrill Api Errors

I am currently trying to use the send-templates method of the api. (I am using the .net F# api wrapper).

I am currently receiving the following error:

and the request looks like this...

Please note that I removed the api key and email addresses prior to posting.

I'm really not sure what the problem could be... any ideas?
