Meeting & Open Hours tonight 9/5/2017 7pm

I’ll probably have the space open between 6 and 6:30, depending on traffic.

Stuff to know:
-It’s a new month, so dues are due!
-Good news: Our Ingenuity application was accepted(it only took a gentle reminder...), so we'll have a table!
—-signup sheet to help run the table is forthcoming, so that maybe it’s not just me at the table all weekend.
-—I also got 500 keychain rings, so we can turn the lego keychains into actual keychains (as well as other 3D printed keychain-ish doodads)
-Diavolino soldering class (standalone, not connected the forthcoming instrument class)
—-Saturday, September 16th in the early afternoon? Limited to 5-6 students.
—-Consider this a “beta test” of the class.

Things happening tonight:
-Ross will be printing something on the 3D printer
-in theory, there’s a completed pocket-hole jig (less metal bushings) waiting for me on the 3D printer
-Arduino-based instrument prototyping?
-We have a new-to-us stick welder- thanks Joe N! It probably needs a little cleaning & TLC (reminder: no welding indoors!!)
