Hello - we are so excited to see everyone at Shaker Makers this Saturday 4/22 at the Dealership (3558 Lee Road) from 10am-5pm. Below you'll find phone numbers for Emergency Contacts if you run into problems day of, as well as details on load-in that morning.

The process:

1. LOAD-IN SATURDAY MORNING. Please plan on arriving between 8-9am on Saturday morning. Remember you will be expected to have your booths up and running by 10 am when the event starts so give yourself the time you need (plus an extra 15-30 minutes of leeway for any unexpected hiccups! We fully expect the event will run smoothly, but we like to be prepared).

2. Placement: When you check in (please refer to the map for check-in and parking, you'll see one of the garage doors rolled up on that side of the building.) You may park near the garage door to load in your belongings. If you arrive after 9am, you will be asked to park first, and then check-in/load-in so as to avoid congestion in the area.

3. Food: Zest Food Truck will be at the event, and we will be providing all makers with a food and drink voucher for lunch.

4. Shaker Makers does not provide supply carts to move things. Your exhibit must be fully contained, so if you need a dolly or cart to help transport, please remember to bring one.
