Open Hours tonight 9/26/2017 7pm

We are having our weekly open to the public hours tonight, officially starting at 7pm, but I’ll likely be at the space by 6. For those coming by for the first time, the address is 3558 Lee Road, Shaker Heights 44120 (aka ’The Dealership’). Park in the north lot, and come all the way around to the very back of the building- I should be able to print & laminate some some quick signage for the door tonight. You’ll pass through the Tunnel Vision Hoops area to get to our area.

Activity-wise, we should undertake a quick round of space tidying before doing anything else- while it’s not /that/ messy right now, it could definitely be better. Since we are planning to have some classes really soon, we should be keeping the two main worktables clear- anything currently on them needs to get migrated to an appropriate shelf.

We should probably also discuss what we’re doing for the upcoming Mini Maker Faire (November 4th)- any ideas? Chopbot, Paint Pendulum, soldering, something else?

After that, we’ll have our usual open hours format- feel free to show off, work on, or otherwise discuss projects you’re working on or would like to work on. I may take the opportunity to move the electronics to our Shapeoko CNC router to a more secure enclosure vs. the not-in-an-enclosure state they're in now.
