Hello all, Im more of a dreamer than a maker. I started as an artist, and ended up finding creativity in software development.  My current project that I have been taking to the workspace is a rgb led array on a mask. Many of you have helped me already, and I thank you all. I am stuck at a crucial step in my project, soldering.  I can solder wires together poorly, but the rgb terminals are very small, and I have already burned the mask trying to solder the chain together.

I am looking for help to solder the array together. I have all the pieces ready to go, and the mask is assembled. Scott and Nate have been very helpful in trying to guide me, but I am willing to reach out for support on this part of the project. I can pay a small fee for help, and bring food/beer as needed. Is there anyone available to help me solder this array together, and help complete my project by the first week of June?

Let me know, and we can work out the details.

It sounds like your attempting to solder surface mount leds. Google for smt soldering for tutorials. We have a hot air soldering gun that may help.
