Quoted Printable UTF-8 part

Hi,

I'm using the library to decode email content and do various things with this data. I've found a weird scenario in which it seems something's wrong in the way Mail decodes a part:

This part of the message, when retrieved using "message.text_part.body.decoded" gives an "Encoding:ASCII-8BIT" encoded string and this creates issues (later, at display, for example) because the part actually contains UTF-8. Am I doing something wrong when decoding the part ?

I'm using mail 2.5.3 on ruby 1.9.3p194 .
