Mail 2.5.4 and 2.2.20 released

Hi there people.

So, has been a while, but we have released mail 2.5.4!

Also, we have made 2-5-stable, 2-4-stable, 2-3-stable and 2-2-stable branches for any future security releases to these branches.

You can get the new versions from http://rubygems.org/gems/mail

We wanted to get in the ISO-2022-JP changes in pull request https://github.com/mikel/mail/pull/534 however, we wanted to get these numerous changes out now as a LOT of work has been done as you will see below.

The 2.2.20 changes was a security backport (PR https://github.com/mikel/mail/pull/518)

Note, master is now the upcomming 2.6 release, this includes awesome work by Bob Potter (https://github.com/bpot) to remove the Treetop parser and use Ragel instead (PR https://github.com/mikel/mail/pull/490) as well as a major header parsing speed update by Conrad Irwin (https://github.com/ConradIrwin) with PR https://github.com/mikel/mail/pull/505
