Irish Red Ale - Ready to Drink on 9/10/2017

All,

I noticed that bottles have slowly gone empty from the beer fridge. I bottled Irish Red Ale this past Sunday, but it takes two weeks for the yeast to ferment. Meaning, the beer won't be ready to drink until 9/10/2017.
I have the date stated on a sign attached onto the beer fridge itself.

Please do not drink the beer until it is ready.
