Featured image and Custom Post Types not WORKING

Need some help!! after updating to newest version of wordpress 3.9.1 magic fields 2 stopped letting featured image work on custom post types. When you click add image, it shows a blank image and you cant select anything else. when you choose use this image, it doesnt do anything.

I have tested this on multiple servers and sites, same thing everytime.

this is fixed in version 2.2.2.2
