Helping friend look for entry-level .NET developer position

I've got a friend who was recently laid off.  He's interested in an entry-level .NET developer position or hybrid support/dev role.  If there is anyone out there that would know of such a role, please forward it on to me so that I can pass it along.  Python is currently his dominate language, but does have experience in both c# and java, but only at the entry-level, and he would like to move toward a C# or VB.NET job.
