Dear Jeannie -

I am the Chairman of the Historic Indian Agency House in Portage, WI, a national historic landmark and museum. We have 250 acres of land and have begun the process of restoring our historic prairie. I would like to begin raising honey bees on our property and offer educational programs about the process, honey collection, and even candlemaking. We are looking for someone who can help us set up hives, maintain the apiary, and collect honey for sale.

Is this a project you might be able to help us with? Or, can you suggest someone who could help us? I am new at this whole process and you are my first contact.
