httpd -- infinite redirects!

Hey guys..

A wild shot in the dark. Got an issue with an infinite redirection on
a test site.

I've got pastes of the data showing the httpd.conf, the .htaccess, as
well as the network/data illustrating the 301 permanently moved as
shown in Firefox..

If anyone's skilled with httpd/apache -- hit me up if you have a few minutes!
