Windows 10 USB comm port

Need help, will be at club tonight, I had USB comm ports to get to arduinos and ESP8266 controllers.
Now I lost them.

If I boot up in Linux

I can get the ardunio to be found. On comm 3,6 depending on board

The ESP8266 can also be found in comm 4,6 but the software to access them won't run under Linux
