We're doing some spring cleaning at work and will be tossing (40) 1.75" X 1.75" 20 ohm speakers. Removed from ATMs. If someone has been thinking of doing some sort of sound based project, these could be fun. Why just use one speaker when you could use 40? If any interest, I can drop them by.

Are those the type that have the heavy duty magnet in the back?

They' hold themselves on a metal file cabinet, so not too shabby. See pic.

Hi Gary! Our Soundbuilders group is interested. I've built a couple of dodecahedron speaker balls from boxes of speakers. We're working on some new speaker arrays as well. We'll gladly take them. Thanks!

Dan, if you are looking to use just the magnets, I have a couple dozen magnet bases from cell antennas used to attach them to the roof of a car. Approx 2"  diameter, 1/4" thick. VERY strong. You have to slide them sideways off of a metal object -  Can't just lift straight off. I can drop them off too for you or anyone else interested.

Thanks. Gary. I'd appreciate that.
