Hi all,
I'm trying to reindex but using the tool https://github.com/lumifyio/lumify/tree/master/tools/reindex-mr (previously builded succesfully) I get some error.

Form /lumify/tools/reindex-mr/target I run (from docker container):

hadoop jar lumify-reindex-mr-0.4.1-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar vertex

and I get this:

Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

You need to change the file yarn-site.xml on folder  /opt/hadoop/etc/hadoop !

I've added the yarn.nodemanager.aux-services.mapreduce_shuffle.class property to the yarn-site.xml file used in the Docker container. Users will need to manually make the change or re-run the build-dev.sh script.
