1 wire extension online, but sensors reporting UNKNOWN status

Hello all, wonder if anyone can help or has seen this problem before.

I've had my Loxone system powered off for the last 2 months whilst the builders have been in.  Returned last weekend to check things over and to add 2 more temp probes for rooms that I've added UFH in.

However after powering on the system and immediately installing the latest MiniServer update 10.3.11.25 (stupid me, I should have checked everything first),  none of my 1-wire sensors were detected.

See attached report,  where I get the CRC errors - but I can assure you there is nothing wrong with the sensor cabling or the number of sensors

 1-Wire Serial 28.42.AF.96.06.00.00.60: 6177 Packet Requests, 6178 CRC Errors, 0 85 Degree Problems

I have 2 1-wire extensions, I use one for Bus topology and the other for Star - both have the same problem.

What I've checked so far (please see attachments);

• Escalated to Loxone Support, who provided me a new version 10.3.11.27 - but that did not work, now Support team have gone silent
• I have removed both extensions from the config, and only added one back in, makes no difference - extension is online but no sensors detected
• Confirmed both extension were getting +5V against GND
• Removed all sensors, and connected a brand new previously unused probe,  nothing appeared in LoxoneConfig in the 1-wire device search

So I'm not sure if this is an issue with the latest MiniServer Config (unlikely) or more likely a hardware problem with the 1-wire extensions.  Really don't want to order another extension for +160GBP from the webshop.

Update, sent 1 wire extensions to Loxone in Reading for further investigation. Awaiting update.

... well... this is ominous... this afternoon I have some very weird 1-wire issues today (see 1-wire value (Vad) corruption?).

Sadly I can't really help you, but am curious, how did you generate that report which shows the CRC error count?
