app developer to assist local High School DECA project

Might anyone be or know of an app developer that might assist a Loveland High School DECA entrepreneuer program group with polishing their app (I recall is was IOS, but possibly was Android)?  They have a proof of concept app running on their phone based on a good idea- it was really rather impressive what they've done so far.  Please spread the word, and have interested folks contact me.
