A repository sounds neato , wish i had physical copies of "Practical Lock Picking: A Physical Penetration Tester's Training Guide" its pretty good i think worth having a paper version id say ,.
allthough there are tons of forum posts an scattered info's that could be printed out an made into a Zine / howto book thing . pretty sure i could condense enough basics into a pamphlet
key micrometer nah i dont have access to one , allthough i do have digi calipers dunno if that helps
ive wanted to play with key Impressioning
http://www.lockwiki.com/index.php/Impressioning i was thinking you could make duplicates from photos , example of what i mean "someone snaps a birthday pic of you while at chucky cheese with your kids then posts it to facebook , but in the picture you have your keys on a keychain hanging off your hip . id think with software someone could take measurements of a target key , dunno if im just way out there stupid thinking it could be done ,, id like to try an figure it out for the lools

Cool joe! If I can find blanks and a copy machine, can we make a master set for members to copy?
no sir , i traded some web/internet related work for them a barter system kinda thing
You cut your own bumps?

yes they are bumps for every common usa lock ive ever seen , the master keys are for every brand of fire/security panel ive ever seen including there replacement locks and also access control panels , the tape is just one of the silly but simple lock defeats same with the bic peak10 pen . etc...

Anything goes man. This is a full disclosure group.I'm going to publish rules for disclosure and member behavior... but mostly I don't want anything too complicated.
Don't commit a felony while using locks/picks/by-passes/etc. Pretty simple.
I've got an old HID VertX system, I'm tempted to write up and start dissecting.
I've done some physical security and video monitoring systems, but mostly computer security and R&D.
Are those bumps in the bottom row?
We have no local Defcon, 2600, or LI type groups. I'm trying to change that.

Physical security has always interested me, over years ive had a
few jobs in related fields although i have experience i feel i have alot
to learn and am always interested in learning more. i dont
wanna piss of the alarm/security world so ill probably not be posting
much on that .
what are the rules ? posting links to sources ok ? bypass tools allowed ? attacks on electronic locks ?
