[ANN] New LoopBack CLI released

We're pleased to announce the release of LoopBack's very own CLI.  For details, see the announcement blog post.

You can install it with:

npm install -g loopback-cli

This tool includes all the LoopBack scaffolding and dev commands that slc did. Because it's purely a development tool and doesn’t include any runtime tooling, you can install it without installing native compiler tools, which makes it easier to install.
