discoverSchema in loopback creates models with no indexes

When I use discoverSchema in loopback v.3 to create ORM models from a relational database, it seems to miss the indexes defined in the database.

Is there a way to configure the datasource to do this? perhaps in the options object passed to discoverSchema ?
