Scala Developers - London - £45,000 to £80,000

I have a brand new role that has come available today, please find the info below;

We have a brand new position for a world class technology organisation, based in London, looking for a Scala Developer to join their renowned team.

The ideal person for this role is someone who has an excellent track record as a Scala Developer, looking to take the next step in their career within a fast paced and highly technical environment.

It is very important that you have worked with technologies such as Scala, Play and Akka and are able to show examples and innovation in your work and how you can benefit the organisation further through your love of code.

We are looking for someone who is an active team member and will contribute to the team through their leadership and technical ability and with the ability to solve and find the solution to complex problems.

This technology focussed team are looking for solid leaders who are innovative in their way of thinking and working, it is essential that for this position you have an excellent understanding of Test Driven Development and working within an agile environment.

If you have a Computer Science or similar technical degree, this is beneficial but not essential.

If you are an active member of the Scala and Open Source community then you will be working with technical people similar to yourself, this organisation is heavily involved in meetups and events and would be looking for someone who would contribute to their strong technical reputation.
