Java - Scala Developer (Java, Scala, OOP, Agile, TDD, RUP/XP/UML) is needed for one of the UK's award-winning web applications and solutions provider - from business process and collaboration, to data insight and content management, to work on an amazing project for a government Body.

Java - Scala Developer (Java, Scala, OOP, Agile, TDD, RUP/XP/UML) will need core technical experience required;

·         Java/J2EE/J2SE.Advanced OOP concepts, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering best practices.

·         Development processes and methodologies (eg, RUP/XP/UML)

·         Technical team leader and/or architect in one or more projects

·         Proven experience in large scale Systems Integration

·         Proven experience in Data Migration

·         Agile/Scrum experience

·         TDD

Beneficial skills the Java - Scala Developer (Java, Scala, OOP, Agile, TDD, RUP/XP/UML) will need are;

·        Project estimations

·         Mentoring junior developers

·         Actively participating in the skill development of your colleagues (workshops, presentations)
