Hi peeps

still looking for abit more info on the material i want to cut on the laser this week

i found a video on youtube with a similar material being cut

so maybe the silicone is ok to cut?

and i guess the speed and power is similar to a 1mm think piece of perspex?

and want to lend their opinion before i start

thanks

Sadly think link you gave isnt a datasheet for the material, you need to know exactly what you are cutting.

You can find videos of all sorts getting cut on lasercutters, some are set up to handle certain types of materials while some aren't.

Unless something is on the approved list, with settings added to the settings page (by a maintainer) then its not currently possible to be cut. If you need it quickly I would suggest blueprint models down the road.
