Perhaps we could create a little sound recording booth. I have some good recording equipment.

I'd like to record some violin and voice so would gladly help build a booth, I know a little acoustic theory as helped build post production studio in soho, which is dead as a dodo. Flick me an email if you're interested ecpem...@gmail.com
I don't know much about synths, but maybe if enough people are interested, then they can share knowledge and skills.

Yeah, I know the project. But I couldn't see any information on the web about meeting times. If you know something, i would appreciate. Thanks!

I did try to go once on a Thursday evening and there was no one there.
I think the main Hackspace has better facilities for activities like making musical instruments and testing electronic projects (Woodworking tools, oscilloscopes etc.).
--
I already go to Hackoustic, but they are more about experimental music and sound art. Most new people who ask me about a music group are not interested in Hackoustic or the Music Hackspace.
--
The group we were discussing previously was purported to be playing and possibly repairing/upgrading standard instruments, and using standard software packages to make music rather than doing weird experimental stuff.
Yeah, I can come along. Keyboard or piano accordion?
Does anyone want to come along this Thursday at 7pm?

Any thoughts what the topic of the meeting could be? I can bring music / audio software and some microphones.
I'm gonna try to be there too.

My apologies something came up I won't be able to be there tonight. Until the next meet.
Eddy
Would our group be inclined towards instruments making?
I can't be there tomorrow because I'm at work from 5pm. Sorry guys.
I will be there tomorrow (Thursday) about 7 if anyone is interested. I will probably be helping someone with a project and it won't be an organised session, but any projects are welcome.
