Hey,

I'm interested in doing some resin casting over and above what I've already been doing and that means moving on to degassing the resins and silicones. The wiki says there's a "high vacuum chamber", but it seems to imply that it's not finished yet, but it also implies that there is a degassing setup already in the hackspace for this in particular.

A hint in the right direction would be appreciated, and if there's anyone else already doing this I'd love to have a chat.

Yours,
Connor

We have chambers suitable for degassing over by the lathes (as well as a vacuum pump).

Please do you degassing in a small bucket to prevent the chamber filling with with silicone/resin.
