Hi Nigel,

Long ago I was at an LSCC meetup where a similar game like the noughts and crosses was played but in a different context using these two setups:

The idea is to simulate a startup programming environment where two or more developers would submit finished code that must compile and have tests that pass. Failing to do that gives negative scoring,etc...
