Okay after the discussion thread, and the limited input given, I would like for us to call an electronic meeting in accordance with our Policy Manual on Sunday 9/25/16 from 3pm-6pmET with a proposed agenda of:

Goals, specifically to address member retention 

Committee Transparency

Campaign update

I the discussion thread this seemed like a date and time that the most people could attend.  I ask that others join me in this request (and I will agree in advance in this thread to other agenda items).

Caryn, I join you in your request for an online meeting from 3pm-6pm Sunday September 25^th. I agree with your proposed agenda as a good starting point that others may want to expand within the proposed 3-hour limit.

I will join in.  However, I think 3 hours is too long, and I disagree with including goals.  I can live with that though.  I would ask, though, that we add populating of committees to the agenda.

I can agree with populating committees.  And we can always end early if we get all the business done.

I support a September meeting, but would prefer a date other than the 25th, as I'm committed to doing outreach at the Folsom Street Fair that day. I could do the 17th, which I understand is the 2nd most supported option.
