Paul Frankel contacted me to say he was also a participant in this EC teleconference.  I've added him to the participant list in my draft.

I strongly suspect that no one will object to this addition of non-substantive content during the auto-approve time period.  They are scheduled for auto-approval on October 9, and I'll go ahead and produce the approved-version minutes at that time...but if within 10 days someone does object to my addition then we can process a formal vote to clear the procedural questions.
