You all have had a chance to review several emails about her campaign, where she was asking the national party for support.  Her election is in November, and she wanted to take out radio ads for one thing.  Time is short if we did wish to assist, so I am asking if anyone would be interested in co-sponsoring a motion and if so, what amounts would be amenable.

The last member has not been appointed so not functioning yet.

She just got $1000 from her state.

I want to move today to give her the max but time is short and if others would co-sponsor for less I want to know first.

I would strongly oppose any motion for candidate support at this time.  We have no budget for 

support and no evaluation mechanism for deciding who gets donor's money.  We also have no

reporting mechanism for how LNC money is used and what impact it had.

Let the CSC get organized and report back to the LNC with recommendations per the motion 

passed at the last LNC meeting before making any more ad hoc spending decision.

Though I'm currently a non voting member, as an alternate to Caryn, I feel I have to echo the sentiment of the nay faction. Without proper guidelines we set a precedent of funds distribution that is questionable.
