[Lnc-votes] [Lnc-business] Spreadsheet of data on potential LNC meeting locations

Robert,

Nick suggests below the idea of you sending me your spreadsheet with the various meeting location data. Perhaps you can simply post it to the list, as I expect other LNC members will be interested to see it as well? Please include any meal or snack costs and descriptions, and any perks (e.g. free or reduced cost rooms) or other terms not already listed in the spreadsheet that would apply to our reserving the locations in question for an LNC meeting.

Have you or other staff discovered or received suggestions this term of any locations where the LNC could meet for free, or made any efforts to solicit such information?

I want to see the issue of the self-funded LNC members (all of us) taken into consideration.  I am quite alarmed to see a push for yet a third east coast meeting.
